Information We Collect

You will most likely provide us personal information to us when you register as a Site user or participate in certain MANGO features. The Site may include access to and use of blogs that allow users to comment on the Site. When you post comment, other site visitors can also view them. MANGO Service Providers
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, website hosting and maintenance, customer relationship management, database storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. We will share your personally identifiable information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your data.
Organization Affiliation
We allow Organizations to purchase MANGO premium plans for a set of affiliated users. Organizations may offer premium plans to MANGO users whose email domain is the authorized domain of that organization via in-app or external communications. For example, UniversityXXX may offer a premium plan to any users whose email domain equals @universityxxx.edu. Users may also opt into an organization’s plan via an access code. Users who accept the offer to join an organization’s plan are agreeing to share their data with the affiliated organization on an aggregated basis. Individually identifiable information will not be shared except for data required to validate the user’s affiliation with the organization’s plan.
How to Access or Correct Your Information
You can access and maintain your personally identifiable information on your “User Profile” page. To delete your personally identifiable information, you can delete your account. To protect your privacy and security, we require the email address you registered with and current password to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
Disclosure of Information
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. It is also possible that MANGO would sell all or substantially all of its assets and business. In any transaction of this kind, customer information, including your personally identifiable information, may be among the assets that are transferred. If we decide to so transfer your personally identifiable information, you will be notified by email or by a post to the Site.
